Proxima CRM is a system that allows the monitoring and improving of the service offered to the customers of a Hotel structure (single hotel or cluster) by the means of a specialized and centralized management of the information about the customers. The Proxima CRM system interacts with The PMS HotelCUBE in order to detect and manage, just in time, the information about the most valuable customers, with the aim of providing for a service targeted on their exigencies and tastes,( in a point of view of creating a base of repeaters customers).

With Proxima CRM it is possible to:

  • Define the hotels and the hotels cluster that you intend to manage. These operations allow integrating Proxima CRM with HotelCube database belonging even to different clusters and/or geographically distributed
  • Define the users or the users groups that have access to the system information. The presence of users or users groups enable Proxima CRM to identify always who is operating on the customers’ information. Like this, one more application security level is added over the ones already provided by the basic software platform (Windows, IIS SQL server)

Define the graphic interface of the access to the customers’ information. The customizing of the graphic interface allows, not only defining which information, among all the available ones, have to be presented to the customer, but also how they have to be grouped in panels and sub-panels of the graphic interface and which operations are allowed on them (visualization only or insert/modify too)
