Allotment. It is possible to register the contract by number of rooms (101, 110, etc.) or by type of room or generic. We can define quantities of rooms for different days of the week and release different period. A clear graphical representation allows you to view the situation of sales by agency.
 
Booking. Simple and immediate function, provides automatically allocated rates by Revenue Manager. For stays, can be assigned day by day, treatment, room rate and different rooms. And it manage automaticly sending of the fax confirmation and storing correspondence on a specific folder for reservation, easily viewable from Outlook or Word. Through the capabilities of CRM data’s can be seen, that allow the operator to relate best with the Guest. Apart from the simple reservation of the room, you can enter reservations ancillary (like car park, umbrellas, etc.). Rooms or associate to a meeting.
 
Pre Assigning. Link rooms to a group reservation, modify the allocation and record the rooming list, all operations can be performed with extreme simplicity, with a simple click on the Room.
 
Check In. It is possible to manage Individual, Walk In, Booked, or Groups. At any time, during the stay, divide the account belonging to the same account or accounts together even so executed separately.
