DDCube

DDCube is an add-on module for the Property Management System (PMS) HotelCUBE that allows the creation of reporting documents with ease, directly from Microsoft Office 2003.
HotelCUBE already offers the possibility to extract the information from the Database of the system to the administrative and managerial use of the hotel and to effect the computation of manifold statistics. Once gotten the desired information, it is possible to export you in the form of charts Excel and to manually integrate you in his/her own writs of reporting.

The DDCube features are partitioned in three main groups:

Templates creation (statistics). The origination of statistic report templates to be reuse to create specific reports; this phase is performed in a graphic way within the Office 2003 applications and it does not require programming skills.

Administration. users definition; grouping of users by classes; organization of the statistic report templates in a library; management of the access policies to the templates.

Reports creation. Origination of specific reports starting from the graphic environment statistics and within the Office 2003 applications.

Once created, a report is memorised as a normal Microsoft Office 2003 file (usable even by precedent versions) and distribute by the usual means (printing, e-mail, publication on Web etc.).
