The features of the Marketing module provide a valid instrument to support the Sales & Marketing Manager in memorizing the mail and planning the events.
The Marketing module uses the database of Agencies, Companies and habitual Customers of the Front Office, and it is predisposed to memorize the independent “contacts”.

The main Marketing targets are:

  • Data memorization of the “Personal Contacts” and “Companies Contacts”
  • Activities management (phone call, mailed brochure, etc.)
  • The immediate verification of all that has been communicated to the customer (phone call, mailed brochure, etc…)
  • Mailing automation (also aimed at a certain category of Companies/Agencies or Customers)
  • Registration of the marketing activities.

The Marketing module operates on three main databases:

  • Companies/Agencies
  • Suppliers
  • Customers
  • Companies/Agencies contacts
  • Personal contacts

Other than external contacts (which, therefore, do not pass through Front Office or Supplies) as individuals or corporate entities. Marketing harmoniously blends with the applications of individuals computer software (fax manager, Word and Outlook of Microsoft, etc…) in order to obtain, always, the best result both in terms of quality and employed time.
