With Meeting is possible besides, from a single department, to visualize contemporaneously the availability of halls, rooms and restaurant halls, in such a way to satisfy the demands of each kind of congressional service.
 
With a simple click on the halls rack it is possible to obtain more information, before and during the event, thanks to the detail of all the services requested upon booking, as the hall layout, the lease hours, the requested equipment, the booked rooms and the service orders for the several departments. Contextually to the booking of a congressional event, it is possible to reserve several hotel rooms. The relation between booking of the event and rooms reservation will allow obtaining occupancy and production statistics on the linked industry. A rich collection of statistics provides the right instrument of occupancy and production analysis.
